Word Problem (Division by one digit number)

Question:
Janice has 954 stickers. She gives them to 6 friends equally. Each friend then gives Janice 2 stickers back. How many stickers does each friend have left.

Solution:
954 divide by 6 = 159 stickers each
they each gave back 2 stickers.
159-2 = 157

Each friend has 157 left.
